Siphiwe Zim (Managing Member)
NTC 5 (Electrical), Electrician “Artisan”, Master Artisan, Junior Management Program
Siphiwe holds a Master Artisan Diploma in the electrical field, a wireman’s license and is registered as Installation Electrician. He is a Managing Director of the company and has 17 years extensive experience derived from a wide spectrum of hands-on exposure whilst serving employment with Eskom. He started as a Principal Technical Official in Distribution where he was involved in electrification and rural line construction.
He then proceeded to the Training environment where he portrayed a leading role as Senior Education Training and Development Practitioner in the Distribution Training Centre at Eskom College. He was involved in the design of electrical projects that became necessary by virtue of changing technology in South Africa.

Pat Gale (Managing Member)
Qualified Electrician , MDP(Management Development Program)

Pat is a Managing Member of the company and has 41 years relative experience. Having completed his apprenticeship on the copperbelt in Zambia, he returned to South Africa in 1978 and entered into the employ of Eskom at Klip Power Station. Transferring to Distribution in January 1981 he was gradually promoted up the ranks within the Field Services environment culminating as Distribution Superintendent, Field Services. During this period extensive experience was gained in Network Operations, Substation Maintenance and repair of Distribution lines. Various authorisations included the evaluation and recommendation of Authorised Operators.
Upon taking early retirement he ventured into a contract with Eskom Learning Institution as an Education Training and Development Practitioner and was opted onto the ORHVS Training Committee.
